Please note: All rentals must be for a minimum 5-night stay. 20% (no less than $300) required for security deposit and full payment due one month in advance of rental.

Adorable two-bedroom cottage located just opposite the tip of the bluff on West Lake Road between Branchport and Hammondsport, NY. Central to all Lake venues and within two minutes walk to Lakeside Restaurant and neighboring boat launch. Also minutes away by boat to other Lake venues including The Waterfront, Snug Harbor, and The Switz restaurants. Cottage has two bedrooms, one 3/4 bathroom, kitchen/dining, living room and sun room/office area. There is a small yard and about 20' of easily accessible beach space - just one step down from the lawn. Also incluldes a large deck with cozy patio furniture. There is a heating system as well as a portable air conditioner. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Common Questions:
Parking: Yes! There is formal parking directly across the street from the cottage with enough room for four vehicles and a boat trailer.

Stairs: To get from the road to the cottage, there are about 40 steps. The staircase has two landings so the steps are not contiguous. The actual cottage is at the Lake level. There are two steps from the yard to the house.

Boat Hoist: Families with a boat can use the whips along the dock which can hold a boat up to 22' in length. The cottage does have a hoist, however, it is occupied by the owner's boat throughout the season and not available.

Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11am.

2013 Rates:
Peak Season  4/2 - 9/30    -    $200 nightly, $1400 weekly
Post Peak Season   10/01 - 11/01  -    $175 nightly, $1200 weekly
 

• 5 night minimum stay during peak season, 3 nights any other time
• No pets/NO smoking
• Check-in 3:00pm, check-out 11:00am

Linen rental:
If you cannot provide your own linens, we will provide linens upon request at a flat fee of $100 (sheets, pillowcases, & 4 towels)


Reservation/Security Deposit Payments:
All rentals must be for a minimum of five-nights.

A 20% (no less than $300) security deposit is due upon contract and full rental payment due one month in advance of stay. If a reservation is canceled, the 20% down is forfeited.  Payment may be made by check or money order. 

The security deposit will be mailed within 7 days after check-out, contingent upon the cottage being left in the same condition it was found in (some cleaning supplies are provided).  If there is any damage to the cottage/its contents or it's left unclean, these fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

The rental contract will be emailed as an attachment or sent regular mail.
