Pool and surf! Whether you enjoy swimming in your backyard heated pool or walking the sugar-soft sands of the beach, you can have it all with this condo. The short walk across the street from your poolside condo leads to the Bahama Beach Club’s private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.  Chaise lounges, tables, and chairs are provided beachside for your use. When you’re done with the sand, relax on your deck chairs with a cool drink as you watch your kids in the pool right below, or hang out in the great room which also overlooks the backyard.  There is a common gas grill for your BBQ needs just feet from the pool, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay.  Feel free to use the wireless internet, large TV with cable, DVD player, and CD stereo at no extra cost.

This striking tropical condo features a master queen suite with a full master bath, cable TV and its own balcony with a palm-fringed ocean view.  There are two twin beds in the second bedroom with a tub/shower bathroom nearby. A Pack’n Play crib is on site for a little one.  With a queen sleeper sofa in the great room, this condo can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.  A coin operated washer and dryer is located inside your two-car garage area.

Our bungalow condo is in a perfect location, conveniently located near the Publix grocery store (4 blocks down), a full-service marina, shops, restaurants, the beach, and nightlife.  Catch the trolley to Times Square, head over to Bonita Springs, or just explore the island for only 50 cents a ride. 

Get the best of both worlds at a reasonable price.  Enjoy being steps to the beach and having the pool right off your deck with first rate accommodations.  Please note that this condo is nonsmoking and pet free.

*Rates above are based on 4 persons.  For each additional guest (max 6 persons total in condo) add $15.00/day/person.  In addition add a departure cleaning fee of $95.00, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $50 damage waiver fee, and 11% tax must be added to the above rates.  Rates include all utilities.  All stays over four weeks include a bi-weekly maid service.  Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
