Upstate getaway on Lake Hartwell and close to Clemson in Lake Hartwell

Welcome! Our vacation condo is located unlike any other! It is located in the Upstate of South Carolina on Lake Hartwell and at the foothills for the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes from Clemson University.  It is also located 30 Minutes from Greenville, 2 hours from Atlanta, 2 hours from Charlotte and is within walking distance to many favorite restaurants, shops and movie theaters. We offer a fully furnished 1200 SQ FT 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, fabulous accommodations, all within a safe and beautiful area.

Our Condo has 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans in each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwashterCable TV, Surround Sound DVD and Audio, a deck with a great view of woods and the lake. We have central air conditioning and heating with digital thermostats to help keep you as comfortable as you can be.  All furnishings were purshased brand new in May of 2009.

Our complex offers some of the best amenities possible. We have a club house that has a great work out room, a pool table, commons area with kitchen, a lounge area with a super sized tv and surround sound. Behind the club house is a gorgeous pool with a great deck with tables and lounge chairs to allow you to be able to work on your tan.

We are located on Lake Hartwell and the boat ramp is directly across the street from the condo complex. This is a great lake for fishing, water sports and boating. There are restaurants, movie theaters, and many other facilities all within walking distance. There is plenty of shopping ares close by, Clemson University Athletics are almost always in season, 20 minutes from GA and an hour from NC.  There is no shortage of things to do in this area.

Deposit- $200 refundable upon inspection
