This beautiful Rustic Cabin and guest cottage sits on almost 10 acres of Pristine hardwoods.  The main house is just 50 feet from the waters edge with a lighted walkway to the covered boat dock with party deck on top.  1000 feet across the cove to the other shore line is all government land to insure a very private stay.  The MAIN HOUSE features one bedroom with a king size bed; full bathroom and a leaving room with two (2) twin size beds, a dining area and a kitchen. The entire living room opens with double sliding glass doors to the screened in porch that faces the lake just below.  The GUEST COTTAGE features a private deck overlooking the lake, one bedroom with a queen size bed; the second bedroom with two (2) twin beds and one full bathroom.

The size of our Bout dock is 28'x24'.

This smoke free home has been rented to a total of 4 Atlanta Falcons football players(separate years) for the entire football season.
