• A 13% tax will be added to each rental
• Cleaning fees will be included with rentals over 4 nights
• Deposit of $150.00 is required. If your stay is longer than two weeks a $250.00 deposit is required.
• If you cancel before 30 days you will receive a refund of half of your deposit
