Waioha means “joy” in Hawaiian. We invite you to share the joys of Kauai while staying in this incredible custom-built luxury vacation home. Situated on the 11th hole of the Newly renovated Maikai Golf Course, this luxurious home is the perfect spot to relax as you plan your island adventures.
This beautiful home includes 4 master suites, each with a flat screen TV, walk in closets and own custom full bath, making it a wonderful choice for a large family, or a family reunion, or 2-4 couples sharing quality vacation time. Hawaiian craftsmanship is evident in every room, with extensive use of quality stone, granite and detailed woodwork. The large living room features a flat screen TV over the fireplace, and is adjacent to the game room with a new pool table and party seating. All new designer furnishings make the home sparkle. The large gourmet kitchen is fully supplied and designed so two or more cooks can share in the fun of preparing a meal, before sitting down in the elegant dining room, or outside, on the covered private lanai where the resistance lap pool and hot tub are waiting.
Upstairs a second lanai boasts views of the mountains and a peek of the ocean. Located in the exclusive area of Princeville, the home is walking distance to the store, and minutes away from the charming town of Hanalei and the famous Haena Beach area. The Princeville Hotel and Hanalei Bay Resort are nearby, and the world class Prince Golf Course and 27 other fabulous golf holes await the serious golfer.
