Enjoy this beautifully furnished third floor (top floor) 2 Bedroom condo within walking distance to the beach (approx. 3 blocks to the beach).  The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 7: a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom with a pull out trundle, and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 

The Master Bedroom has an attached private full bathroom with upgraded fixtures and granite countertop.  In addition, a 32" flat panel LCD color television with DVD player and remote, closet and direct access to the balcony.  The second bedroom also has direct access to the second full bathroom (access also available through the hallway), a 19" flat panel LCD color television, DVD player and access to the large balcony that spans the entire length of the condo.

A fully appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, etc. will enable you to make meals directly in the condo without having to venture out for every meal.  A washer and dryer is also available directly within the condo.  Cable TV is provided throughout the condo.

The condo offers central air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms for your comfort.

The open floor plan of this condo enables comfort and relaxation!  The 11ft cathedral ceilings in the main living area adds to the openness of this condo, unmatched across most of the other condos available throughout Ocean City!  For rainy days or evening time, select one of 50+ DVDs (most children/family oriented) to watch on the brand new 51" flat screen TV or play a boardgame together!  Brand new hardwood/pergo flooring has been recently installed for the 2013 season throughout the family and dining area!

The large deck provides a table seating for 6 to enjoy meals outside overlooking the community pool and into the bay.  You can utilize the retactable awning to provide some shade or lounge in the chaise lounges while enjoying a book!  Don't forget you are on the top floor so the view of the stars are amazing.

The beach is only about a 3 block walk, or feel free to drive and utilize the free parking along each side street with beach access.  The community offers two outdoor swimming pools and a kiddie pool for the days you don't want to venture to the beach.  The pool is directly across the street from the condo...actually the closest building to the pool complex in the entire community! Tennis courts are also available for an additional weekly fee.  The condo is also within walking distance to shopping and restaurants including Food Lion, CVS, 7-11, Billy's Subs and ice cream, and more!

Parking is plentiful directly within the condo complex.

A short drive can take you south to Jolly Roger amusement park, the Boardwalk, the Inlet, Assateague Island and shopping or north to Rehoboth Beach, Funland Boardwalk, Outlet Shopping or movies!

Wireless Internet (WIFI) Access - WIFI is available in the condo for a fee, provided by the Heron Harbour Community.  Rates for WIFI access are:

Must be 25 yrs old or older to rent; will rent to family groups only.  We will not rent to Beach Week/Seniors/College Students so please do not ask!!   No more than 7 people total in condo (including children).  Open to mini-week rentals starting in October or monthly rentals off season.  Please inquire.
