Cozy cottage on Cleverdale facing Sandy Bay, the best location on Lake George. Beautiful crystal-clear water and a sandy bottom make for excellent swimming, boating, fishing and every other water activity you can imagine.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. One bedroom has a single bed and one has a double. There is also a futon (which converts to a double bed) and another full bed on the front porch, so you can sleep up to 6 people. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and all utensils/dishes. The cottage also has a TV with digital cable, and wireless internet access is available.

This cottage is family owned and we lovingly take care of it. What you will find is a clean well-maintained house to enjoy your vacation!

The cottage sits on waterfront property, and renters have complete use of the property to enjoy swimming, sunbathing on the dock, canoeing and kayaking. The water is only about 2-3 feet deep at the dock, so it's perfect for young children.

No smoking, no pets. Sorry, dock space for boats is not available. Landlord on premises.

Rates are $1500 per week in season (June 1 through Labor Day), $1000 per week after that. After Labor Day there are daily rates available of $250 per night, with a 2-night minimum.
