This delightful 3 bedroom/2 bath Villa in Sunrise Alejo is centrally located near the heart of downtown Palm Springs, a 2 minute drive to restaurants, the Follies Theatre, shops, the Palm Springs village and the Palm Springs Convention Center. An end unit, it's brightly lit and very quiet! Well behaved children are welcome!

Sleeping 7 comfortable- 1 King in the Master, bedroom with pillow top mattress and Italian linens, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a double/ single bunk bed in the 3rd room. It's tastfully decorated and is in turn key condition- even pool towels! Dishwasher, indoor washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, toaster oven, microwaved, coffee maker, central a/c, patio table seats 4 and BBQ. Cable TV in every room.
