Absolutely Wonderful!  Absolutely Grayton will meet all of your expectations for a wonderful vacation home.  Whether you are planning a family vacation, a multi-family trip, a girl's trip filled with shopping & sunning or a men's outing with golfing or fishing, this professionally decorated house will more than meet your expectations.  The family friendly floor plan includes: Downstairs- 1 K BR with bath, 1 Q BR with bath, spacious den equipped with sofa sleeper and an additional sofa (all of these with TV/DVD)Dining area, 1/2 bath off den, Laundry room, Fully equipped Kitchen, 2 adjacent porches facing the pool, 1 front street facing porch for keeping tabs on the locals. Upstairs- 1 Master BR with bath, 1 QBR, 1 BR with twins, 1 BR with Bunk beds, 1 full bath, den with sectional sofa, mini bar area, TV/DVD, a front street facing porch, and a reading porch for just getting away.  Outdoors, you can relax, sun or BBQ around the private pool or nap on the bed swing under the porch.  Pool can be heated for a small additional charge and is 12 X 21.  If you are arriving with several vehicles, you will find room for 8 vehicles, 4 of these covered.  Strolling to the stunning beaches of Grayton is breeze.  It's just a short walk with the "Absolutely Wagon" ready to hold your beach chairs, toys and ice chests. Bike Rentals and Beach Chair/ Umbrella rentals can be reserved and are available by contacting the owners, for an additional charge.  At Absolutely, you are located near, by foot, bike or car, to the highly acclaimed restaurants of the Florida panhandle.  We are glad to share information on some of our favorite places!  If you find that you must stay in touch with others via internet, Absolutely offers High Speed Wireless internet.
