The beautiful, newly redesigned interior with hard wood flooring is warm and comfortable. There are two bedrooms upstairs, One with a King bed and the other with a Queen, and there are three bedrooms downstairs, one with a King, one with a Queen and another with two sets of bunk beds. The room with the bunk beds connected with a fun, kid-sized door to a gaming room (which can also be accessed by a standard-sized door from the other side), where a Wii is provided for your child's (or your own) entertainment. A blow-up bed is also provided, allowing up to 14 guests to sleep comfortably in this home. There is one bathroom on each floor. Satellite TV is available both upstairs and down. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops.

The wrap-around and fully furnished deck with a barbecue, along with the fire pit in the back yard are great ways to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this home. There is a private neighborhood access to the beach that is an easy a two-minute walk from the front door. The beautiful, Pacific Ocean can be seen from almost anywhere in the home.
