vacation rental description
This condo is located on the 9th story of Blue Water Resort. The views are awesome of both ocean and the strip. Fully equipped for your stay, all linens and departing cleaning fees are included in your qouted rental price. The beach is just an elevator ride and a few short steps to the beach or one of 4 pools and the Tiki Bar. During the season you'll find entertainment by the pool and wonderful restaurants that are within walking distance. We keep the condo up to date and well cleaned. The full kitchen has a dishwasher and is stocked with most everything you may need.
The condo has a king size bed and new queen pullout sofa and armchair in the living room. This is a private one bedroom separated by a door leading into the kitchen and living areas. We have a full size kitchen with dish washer so you can cook in or dine out.
We rent Saturday - Saturday, but we can make exceptions. Just pack your clothes and personal items, turn the key and enjoy your stay!

This is a very convenient location on the beach, within walking distance to several restaurants. Broadway at the Beach is only a 20 or less minute ride, the aquarium, IMAX and many shops and restaurants are located at Broadway. Familiy Kingdom and other attractions are very close as well. We are 10 minutes from a grocery store and have a convenience store just across the street.
