Spectacular Safari Luxury Winter 2014 Rental, daily in The Villages

      My home is available for seasonal rental this 2014 for the first time in 4 years  .My home is absolutely lovely.  It is  safari themed  and well designed, spacious, has three couches around the fireplace in the Great Room and Two big tables. One seats 10 to12...the other 6-8.  The Counter dividing the kitchen from the Great room has woven leather on Bamboo bar stools and they match the chairs around the piano and Glass Safari game table. The walls are painted a yummy cappuccino color and is soooo welcoming.  There are 18" glass sliders (That totally disappear into the walls)  leading directly to the golf course and to the lanai, pool, spa area  (extra charge for heating the spa) which also has a built in commercial cooking area with bar stools around it too. The outdoor entertaining area has a small gas firepit with 6 chairs around it and a big red umbrella There is also a raised umbrellaed bar that seats 6-8  on bar stools.  The pool is small  and on two levels with a running fountain sending lovely waterscapes sounds to those enjoying the view and sun. Master has a king, guest room queen and den-guestroom sleeps 3 on queen pull out and  and comfortable couch. Kitchen has commercial stove and a bamboo table and zebra chairs. My golf cart is yours for your visit and has 2 seats. There is a cobbled front courtyard with a small fountain and an iron table for 4 that gets the morning sun. ( Two people is $125 a night; 3 or 4 people  $175. 5 or six people is $215.  Kids or extra ones are $15.00 each. Cleaning fee for each rental period is $100.00 Jacuzzi heating $20.00 per heating.)

                  The Villages is a unique golf cart accessible community with lots of entertainment nightly  (live music. restaurants...outdoor bars and dancing...lots of happy hours.   

                 There are many  golf courses in The Villages and...a golf pass is available for reduced rates on the championship courses or "free" nine hole par three courses for a cost of $50.00. per rental...good for two occupants. A guest pass is free and you still get a somewhat reduced greens fee...but not quite as much as if you do the whole $50.00 thing.  If you want guest passes, e-mail me the name, birthday, and address of each occupant and the passes will be waiting for you in my kitchen 

                  You are about 1 1/2 hours from Disney...The Atlantic Ocean...or Gulf of Mexico....or a bit farther to Kennedy Space Center.   Orlando Airport  is about 1 1/4  hours and for  Tampa Airport  allow an hour and a half.  The two town squares have quaint shops and lots of activity abounds everywhere in The Villages.

My home is available winter 2014 monthly at $6000 jan, feb, and March. first half of April is $2500. or $5000 a month for multiple months during the season.

May through December rates are as follows:

One or two guests is $125 per night;

Three or four  guests is $175

p>

Each additional  child or person is $20 p>

Each rental incurs a $100 cleaning fee

There is a $20 Surcharge to heat the Jacuzzi each heating  ; no pool heating during stay.
