Vacation Rental Description

Sweeping Whitewater Ocean Views, sounds of Sea and Surf put everyone 
in Holiday Mode in this Tuscan Villa completed in 2005 offering a 
Luxurious Master Suite with Fireplace, Large LCD HD TV, Spacious 
Master Bath with Steam Shower, Toto Washlet, Ultra Bain Spa tub 
leading to private loggia and outdoor Private Spa with outdoor hot 
and cold shower, fountain and European Gardens. There is an 
additional Bedroom and Bath with it's own Ocean Views and Terrace.  
A magnificently appointed Great Room offers handpainted ceilings
with surround sound and large LCD HD TV, carved stone fireplace with 
French Doors leading to a spacious wrap around deck with awesome 
views of the beach, surfers and kite surfers to entertain you. There 
is a gorgeous kitchen equiped with every gaget imaginable that opens 
to the Dining area with equally stunning ocean views and indoor or
outdoor dining overlooking the sea.  There is a magnificient 
Office/Library with it's own ocean view deck and fountain well 
stocked with marvelous books, a computer for your personal use with 
Wi Fi, hi-speed Internet access and a large flat screen HD TV. The 
Villa is a block and a half from the Beach and nearby hiking 
trails that lead to a grotto, a waterfall and small lake. There is 
famous neighborhood fish restaurant closeby where you can dine 
indoors or outdoors and watch the kite surfers skim across the sea 
or world class surfers shoot the curl of the perfect wave, dolfins 
swim and whales as they migrate their way from Baja to Alaska and 
back.
It is virtually impossible to be bored or unhappy here.  This is the 
Paradise you have been searching for without the confined feeling of 
being stranded on a distant island.  We are 40 minutes from Santa 
Monica and an hour from Santa Barbara. We are 20 minutes from the 
Movies and the Camarillo Outlet Malls, good restaurants and the 101 
Freeway. Paradise awaits you...  

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are three wood burning fireplaces, air conditioning, Purafied 
drinking water from the tap both upstairs and downstairs and a water 
softening system for the entire house. The Villa is approximately 
3,100 square feet with 1,500 square feet of ocean view entertaining 
decks and loggias including an outdoor living room and two outdoor 
dining areas. There are 3 large screen LCD HD TV's with Tivo, HBO, 
Showtime, ESPN, Etc. There is Wi Fi Hi-speed Internet and a lap top 
computer for your personal use. There is a large, stone steam shower 
with multiple shower heads, a Toto Washlet and an Ultra Bain Spa 
bathtub in the Master Bathroom. There is an outdoor private Ocean 
View Spa off the Master Suite with a private outdoor hot and cold 
shower, and a  gorgeous imported stone fountain where humming birds 
and an array of other exotic birds bathe in the beautiful statuary 
and European Garden.
 Oh, yes, and did I mention there is a hammock perfectly situated to 
enjoy the Setting sun as it paints the sky ablaze and sets behind 
the Anacappa Islands every evening? There are also two, 21 speed 
street bicycles and helmets for your enjoyment and a well stocked 
Library for the more laid back and reflective amongst you.

Activities and Attractions

Take a tour of Old World Culture at the Newly Reopened Ghetty 
Museum. Enjoy nearby great swimming beaches, a world class surfing 
beach a block and a half from the Villa with a reef to snorkle or 
scuba dive. There are tons of nearby hiking trails to explore with a 
Grotto, waterfall and small lake. You can hangout at Cross Creek 
Shopping Center and rub elbows with countless Celebrities and the 
Locals or you can rent a Kayak, take a surfing class, or take a deep 
sea fishing boat or whale watch excursion off the Malibu Pier. It's 
great fun to take a drive to Summerland for an Antiqueing excursion, 
or drive to Santa Barbara, shop, catch a movie and dinner, and make 
it home in an hour and 15 minutes. You can drive 20 minutes and 
bargain shop at he Camarillo Outlet Malls and catch a movie and 
dinner too...Like I said, Paradise awaits you....
