Flamingo Beachhouse Gulf Front House $1800 SPECIAL FOR MAY in Little Gasparilla Island

The Flamingo Beach house is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico,
the backyard is a private beach, you can just walk down and you are
foot steps from the sandy beach.The house is 1,800sqft. House offers 3
large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with complete laundry room located inside
the house.
Accomodations for up to 10, (2 kingsize beds, 1 full size, 4 twins).
All linens and beach towels are supplied for your convience. It has
a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, micro-oven,
refrig.,dishwasher all cooking utensils, blenders, toasters,
etc..The house has a lovely screened porch with an incredible breeze
and view of the private beach. The master bedroom offers a great
balcony with same private beach view. All rooms include TV with DVD,
and there is a library of movies for your entertainment. We also
have an XBOX with games as well.
The house is a nonsomking enviornment and we ask that you please
smoke outside. We do allow pets but must be approved prior to
rental. There is a dock to dock your boat or you can use the water
taxi to have access to the island. You do not need to take the trash
we do it all for you, so come stay at the Flamingo Beachhouse
all you need is groceries, bathing suit , and ready to enjoy your
stay.

* Important: Most rentals on Little Gasparilla island will request
that you remove all your trash and take it off the island. As a
service to our guests we have provided a large Bin down stairs where
you can place your trash and we will remove it for you.

listing all activites available, including dock side restaurants.

SHELLING:
*There is wonderful Sand Dollar Shelling in the sand bars about 100
ft. off the shoreline directly in front of our Beach House.
Walk North to the State Park Area to find great Shells.
If you have a Boat, go to Cayo Costa Island anchor anywhere on the
gulf shore line and start Shelling, The Island is about 90% owned by
the State and very few People go there. So, the shelling is the best.

WILD LIFE:
*Turtle Season is from April � November. During this time you often
see Turtles or Turtle trackers on the Beach. Please do not disturb
them they are wonderful to watch.
*During Summer the Manatees often come to the shore line in groups.
They are very gentle animals.
*You can see Dolphins each Morning from our screened Porch Deck.
*They swim in Groups following schools of fish.
*American Bald Eagles have big nests in the area, keep your eyes out
for them.
*Osprey Birds are all over the Island.
*Ground Tortoise live on the dunes in from and beside our home, they
are endangered.
