Confirmation letter will be given  to guest by Rini properties to present at check-in at Kiawah Resort located in Town Center.  Guest of Owner  packet including  keys, map, activities guide, and restaurant listings will be supplied to guest. Guest has option to have additional charges put on their own account and paid at departure .

Full amenities provided including on-island transportation,golf discounts,kiawah activity discounts , use of resort pools,24/7 front desk service,resort charging services and fitness center.

Linens, towels service, paper towels, soap/shampoo, dishwasher and washer detergent will all be provided at start of rental period 

ALL appliances included; d/w, oven ,fridge, washer and dryer in unit,coffee maker, toaster,  iron, hair dryer, silverware, linens, etc.. 

Condo has deck/balcony, large flat screen tv with dvd, both bedrooms have tv/dvd, wet bar, fireplace, sleeper sofa, safe, internet,elevator,walk in master shower.

 Kiawah Island is a private gated island approx 30 miles south of Charleston  which offers fine dining, horse drawn carriage rides, plantation tours, Fort Sumter, galleries,shopping, ...Kiawah has more than 20 miles paved bike paths and 10 miles of a top-ranked romantic beach to relax as well as 5 championship golf courses including the Ocean Course, site of 2012 PGA tour.

Activities include hiking, wildlife viewing, biking, fishing, boating, golf and tennis.

Night Heron Park has a full schedule of activities including soccer, basketball, children entertainment as well as center to arrange kayaks and canoes.
