Landmark Resort in Door County

This one bedroom condo has been recently remodeled.  It provides a bedroom with queen bed, living room (with TV/DVD) with queen sleeper/sofa, fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances, cookware and utensils.  All linens are provided, including pool towels.  The unit is near the onsite restaurant.  One of three outdoor pools is off the end of the building and there is a hot tub/sauna in the lower level, with a large deck for watching sunsets.  The commons area provides a fireplace and areas for visiting, playing games or just relaxing and enjoying the view of the bay and golf course.

Door County is a peninsula between Lake Michigan and Green Bay.  The Landmark Resort is situated on a bluff overlooking the bay of Green Bay and the village of Egg Harbor.  It encompasses 40 acres and includes four buildings (294 units), a restaurant, lounge, three outdoor pools, recreation center with indoor pool, game room, fitness center,  hot tub/saunas in each building, tennis courts, playground, picnic areas with gas grills around the complex.

The Landmark Resort is within walking distance from Egg Harbor, yet off the beaten path, so your vacation is peaceful and relaxing, compared to the more densely populated areas around the peninsula.  There are many unique restaurants along the peninsula from PC Junction, where a model train delivers your food, to Al Johnson's where you can watch the goats on the grass roof.  If you are interested in shopping, wineries, pottery, antiques, great theater, music performances, cooking classes and art galleries, this is the place. 
For the sports individual, hiking, golfing, fishing and biking is the order of the day.  At the tip of the peninsula is Washington Island, accessible by ferry, and an interesting  place to spend the day.
