This newly furnished and renovated two bedroom, two bath cottage is perfect for a family getaway in sunny Florida.  Centrally located between the ocean Highway A1A and the Halifax River John Anderson Blvd.  If you are looking for a quiet residential setting that is close to all the action this is your place. 

Fully equipped.  Just bring our clothes.  Our home has three queen size memory foam pillow top beds, two baths, seating in living area for six including 3 recliners and a flat screen tv, Dining for eight, full kitchen including all cookware, coffee pot, microwave, dinnerware, etc.  Bedroom one includes one queen size bed bath across hall.  Bedroom two includes two queen size beds, private bath, flat screen tv, Chaise. Laundry includes washer and dryer. Linens supplied include beach towels, bath towels, wash cloths, dish towels, sheets, bedding, etc. Out door deck includes fire pit, charcoal grill, patio set seating for six.  Beach supplies included.  Six beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella, beach radio. 

Visit Daytona's drive on beach or Ormonds no drive beach.  This locations is great for all.  Bikers and cyclist can enjoy the nature loops for peaceful scenic riding, Golfers can enjoy the LPGA golf course, Race fans can visit Daytona speedway, Bikers can visit Destination Daytona Harley Center, Families can enjoy the beach and many activities in Daytona including the boardwalk, water park, minature golf and go cart park, rent golf carts and ATV's on the beach, parasail, jet skis.  Take a day trip to any Orlando park approx 1 hr away, Kennedy Space Center, Historic St Augustine, etc.  If you want to relax in a quiet residential setting in the heart of family fun this is your place

Weekly rates do not apply for event weeks, Daytona 500, Pepsi 400, Bike Week, Octoberfest, call for rates.  Additional cleaning fee of $85 will apply.  Security deposit of $250 will be required on all reservations.  Signed lease with payment in full will be required 30 days in advance.
