"The BoatHouse", is an upscale 5BR Villa in the resort of Eagles Landing, about 1 mile from Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk.  Sorry, the 3 pools are now closed but we are across the street from the tennis courts (see it from our sunporch windows).  Our beautifully decorated 2-level Villa  is large and sunny, with a nautical theme.  We feature 2 master suites: for extra privacy, one suite is downstairs (no stairs) and one up.  Each has a large bedroom (queen beds), walk-in closets and private baths with showers.   Large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that looks out on the dining room (Pottery Barn farm table seats 8) and living room for that "great room" feel.  Beyond, our beautiful sunroom addition looks out on the resort's tennis courts with largest pool beyond (2 other pools within a block's walk). 

Our patio is off of the sunroom and includes a Bar-B-Q grill and dinning  for outdoor fun.  It is newly landscapped.  The first floor includes an extra powder room, large pantry off the kitchen, laundry room and garage.  Upstairs includes 4 bedrooms and the third bathroom (full bath with tub).  Large sunny bedrooms -- 4 queens and 3 twins sleep 11 easily.  Our house is great for 2 families or super large for one!  We are the much sought-after end unit -- making our unit sparkle with sunlight.

Thinking about booking now for Summer 2010?  Don't hesitate--June 2010 is already almost fully booked, with just 1 week left!  We are taking deposits (by check or credit card)--with a discount for full pre-payment in 2009 for 2010 vacations.  Average in-seasonal weekly rates are $1950.

For 2009 only Winter, monthly, weekly or long weekend bookings available -- flexible on Saturday or Sunday check-in -- please write for details.  Come for the discounted Fall rates -- remember the ocean is at its warmest during the fall!  Rates range from $200 per night (for long weekends) to $800 for off-season weekly (holiday weeks excepted)  Note: currently running a $150 per night weekend special (with 2 night minimum for select non-holiday weekends with additional nights only an extra $100).

Our resort is only 1 mile to Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk--bike to the beach.   Going to the beach? We leave all the necessities like beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys for your use too -- even a kids wagon to haul kids or stuff to the beach. 

We are located across from the Resort's 2 tennis courts and largest pool with the clubhouse. (2 more pools within 1 block walk).  Community pool passes and tennis racquets provided at no cost.  Our community is lush and green with mature plantings, ponds and lots of open space -- great for everything from power walking to an evening stroll to listen to the  bullfrogs.  Our beautiful resort is full of  places to explore.

Our unit has 3 reserved parking spaces in front of our 1-car garage.  No steps to first floor living space -- makes it easy to unload the car! 

Inside our place is beautifully decorated to get you into that beach relaxing mode.  Our motto: "Leave your tensions behind!" We have loads of space to spread out or to get everyone together as a group.  Everything is designed to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.  Our living room has seating for 10.  Our dining room seats 8 plus we leave a card table and 4 additional chairs for the big family feast!  Our kitchen is fully equipped right down to the corkscrew and wineglasses!  Large with plenty of counterspace, our kitchen offers a refrigerator (with ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, blender and loads of other cooking implements.  Care to enjoy our beautiful backyard? We also have a Weber charcoal grill outside on the patio and an outdoor dining table and chairs  (A smoker grill may also be available with prior request).

We have 3 large TV's with premium cable and 2 with VCR's (and a lending library of all-age films).  Our large bedrooms have new pillow-top beds and include: 3 with queen bed (and large walk in closets) 1 with queen plus twin bed and 1 with 2 twins.  NOTE: Although we leave plenty of comforters and pillows, our cleaners don't have the time to do laundry between guests so you must bring your own linens and towels.  (With prior arrangements, the cleaners may agree to provide and wash linens and towels for an additional payment).

Of course we have central air in all rooms except the sunporch addition (be green, please leave the door to the sunroom and windows closed when the air conditioning is running.)

Our best attraction -- the beautiful Delmarva beaches of Rehoboth and Dewey.  We are about 1 mile to both, including Rehoboth Beach's famous Boardwalk.  Beat the traffic, we are fastest way to the beach!  Whether you are headed for sun worship or to play the games at the FunLand arcade, beach parking is made easy because our Rehoboth Beach parking pass is included. 

Want to spend the day at our resort?  We are located across from the resort's tennis courts and largest pool (2 more pools within a 1 block walk).

We are also walking distance to great resturants and markets including the best seafood in town.  Rehoboth Beach is famous for eating out-from the best in gourmet dining to family friendly -- all minutes away!

Want more excercise?  If you like, the Rehoboth biking trail starts at the end of our street with over 8 miles of highway-free riding (bike rentals nearby) and feel free to store your bikes in our garage).  

Looking for a BFF Day?  Come spave, we are a few minutes drive to Delaware's tax-free outlet shopping.  Or, want a spa day?  We recommend Bad Hair Day for the best treatments at the best prices at the beach.

Kids' day out? (I mean for big kids and little ones!)  A few blocks away is Jungle Jim's, the area's largest and best waterpark with a wave pool, huge kids pool with Pirate Ship, largest lazy river in the area, water rollercoasters and water slides, Jungle Jims mini golf, go carts, bumper cars and wallclimbing .  (Try the late day admission to save a bundle).  Don't forget, Rehoboth has 2 movie theaters, including the multiplex close by. 

Also nearby, golf, sailing, deep-sea fishing, dolphin-watching excursions, parasailing and more! 

Check out our newest addition to the resort, our neighbor on Bay Vista is running a local produce stand so all you locavores stop on by!

Booking now for 2010 In season: Average in season weekly rental is $1950 per week.  Rates can vary from $2100 per week (July 4th) to $1500 (last week of August), includes cleaning costs.  $250 Security deposit required, refunded upon cleaner's inspection.  Saturday to Saturday rental.  Check in 2 pm (or earlier with prior arrangement if available). Check out 10 am.

Fall off season rates are from $1100 per week (early September) to $700 (October), please write or call for specific rates.  Rates for May into early June $1200.  Also available for long week-ends at $200 per night.  

We are also looking for a winter tenant--up to 4 months.  $1350 plus utilities (would consider discounting for a single or couple).  Write or call for a showing.
