La Jolla E-104 in San Jose del Cabo

Our studio is located in San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur, in one of the most beautiful and peaceful condominium complexes in Los Cabos (La Jolla). The complex has two astonishing pools surrounded by palm trees, with a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortes, and direct access to the beach. The studio is located on the ground floor of one of the central buildings. It is situated in the outskirts of the traditional Mexican town San Jose del Cabo, about twenty minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from Cabo San Lucas.

The studio has a queen size bed and a queen size sofa pull out. The unit has a cozy living area, patio and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, electric stove, and everything necessary for cook at home vacation meals. It also has a TV, DVD with CD player. There is now wireless internet access in the common area by the pools.

The La Jolla complex is situated right on the Costa Azul beach, the longest beach in Los Cabos, where the most luxurious hotels  such as the Crown Plaza, Mayan Palace stand. If you like privacy and just to relax, this is the right place for you. The complex is at walking distance from some nice restaurants (the famous Zippers and Mamma Mia!, both by the beach), as well as a Dominos Pizza and Subway. There is also a well supplied mini market (Trader Dicks) with an ATM, and a Wal-Mart-type supermarket (MEGA) which can be accessed through the beach or the main highway (10 min. walk).  There is a bus stop across the street. A “Subur-Cabos” bus will take you to Cabo San Lucas and back for $20 pesos (about $2.00 USD) each ride.

Additional activities: surfing, horse back riding, ATV rentals, ultra-light flights over the Sea of Cortez, snorkeling, fishing and kayaking nearby. Also, seasonal whale watching from the beach.

The minimum rates are applicable throughout the entire year, except on U.S. holidays and for the Christmas-New Year season (Dec. 15 - Jan 15).
