An affordable elegant  oceanfront condo with balcony,  family friendly  yet popular for bussiness travelers for its great location between Miami  and Fort Lauderdale,located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, just minutes from the famous Ocean Drive , Lincoln Road, South Beach, Bal Harbour Shops,Aventura Mall,  The Presidential Country club and so much more!

Our condo has been beautifully remodeled to fit your everyday lifestyle. It sits directly oceanfront on the 6th floor with a private balcony which allows a breath-taking view of the Atlantic Ocean, where you can enjoy an everyday different sun rise overlooking the pool.

The accommodations include tile throughout the condo, a King size bed, towels, bed linens and service for four are provided with an added convenience of a laundry room in the hotel, a beautiful leather sofa that converts into a full size bed, and a leather recliner,  a 27” plasma  TV with DVD and cable included, WI-FI free internet, a beautifully remodeled granite countertop kitchen, fully equipped with a FULL SIZE  refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, and stove, with plenty of room for storage and a built-in easy pull out dining table.

You will always have something to do when you stay with us! In the main lobby you will  come across the Ocean Terrace Restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, a Sports Bar wth 2 x 1 from 4-7pm . Complimentary valet parking 24 hours a day.

On the lower lobby, a gift shop, pizza parlor, beauty salon, and a laundry  facility.

Outside you'll find a fitness room with sauna & steam room an olympic size heated pool and a kiddie pool .There is also a Poolside Tiki Bar and Grill where you can enjoy frozen drinks and cocktails or a quick bite while relaxing in the complimentary lounge chairs  & towels , but most of all plenty of "Florida Sunshine"

Within walking distance you’ll find shopping centers that include grocery stores, pharmacies and local restaurants. In front of the resort there is a public bus stop which will take you  almost anywhere  in town.

Rates are the following:

• $600- $900 per week  (plus 13% Tax)Depending on season
• $2000- $2,500.00 monthly (plus 13%Tax ) Depending on seaon
• A Condominiun Application fee of $100.00 non-refundable is required for Hotel Identification Card which is to be used for daily valet parking for one car and all hotel amenities.
• Negotiable for more than ONE MONTH.
• A $300.00  deposit is required which will be refunded within 7 days after cleaning & inspection of the premises has been performed.
• To reserve your stay half payment is due at the time of booking, after application has been approved,the other half must be recieved 14 days prior arrival, including the $300.00 refundable security deposit.
