An affordable oceanfront condo with balcony located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, just minutes from the famous Ocean Drive on Lincoln Road, South Beach, Bal Harbour, the famous world-class shopping spot Aventura Mall, The Miami Sequarium, Jungle Island, The Presidential Country club for a day of Golf and Tennis and so much more!

Our condo has been beautifully remodeled to fit your everyday lifestyle. It sits directly oceanfront on the 6th floor with a private balcony which allows a breath-taking view of the Atlantic Ocean, with an all around full view of 400 feet of white sandy beaches.
The accommodations include tile throughout the condo, a King size bed, towels, bed linens and service for four are provided with an added convenience of a laundry room in the hotel, a beautiful leather sofa that converts into a full size bed, and a leather recliner,  a 27” plasma  TV with DVD/VCR and cable included, WI-FI free internet, a beautifully remodeled granite countertop kitchen fully equipped with a FULL SIZE  refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, and stove, with plenty of room for storage and a built-in easy pull out dining table.

You will always have something to do when you stay with us! In the lobby you will come across the Ocean Terrace Restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, a Sports Bar, and 24 hour Valet parking. In the lower lobby you can enjoy great Italian food at Pizzeria Bianco, a day at Angel’s beauty salon, or a quick run to the gift shop. Outside you will find a Poolside Tiki Bar and Grill where you can enjoy frozen drinks and cocktails or a quick bite while relaxing in the complimentary lounge chairs by the pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna and steam room, Olympic-sized heated pool, and a beautiful day out in the sun!

Within walking distance you’ll find shopping centers that include grocery stores, pharmacies and local restaurants.

Minutes away you will find Aventura Mall with hundreds of stores from Macy’s, JC Penny, Nordstrom, to Forever XXI, A|X, and many others. Aventura Mall also offers restaurants such as The Cheesecake Factory, Johnny Rockets and Sushi Siam and a movie theatre. Near by on Biscayne Blvd. you will find the famous PF Chang, Morton’s Steak House, and the mall you don’t want to miss, The Shops at Bal Harbour just ten minutes away which has everything and anything you could possibly ask for with stores such as Chanel, Carolina Herrera, Fendi, Cartier, Versace, and many many more! You will also find various restaurants and bistros for fine dining in the surrounding area.

Rates are the following:

$700 - $800 per week or $2000- $2,200.00 monthly Tax included

Negotiable fo more than ONE MONTH.

**A $500.00 deposit is required which will be refunded back after inspection of the
premises has been performed.
