Quaint - Peaceful, fully-furnished Lake Havasu Home for winter rental. This home is perfect for retired couples, or single winter escapes. Safe neighborhood with other retired neighbors to communicate with. This quaint home is furnished with everything you need, just bring your personal items. Just minutes from all shopping and grocery stores, and 1 block to the bus stop. THREE MONTH MINIMUM
This newer home has views to the lake from the west and views of the mountians from the east. Very close to everything you need in Lake Havasu, with mostly retired and quite neighbors. House backs up to a power easement and wash, so there are many birds and land critters to feed and enjoy from the back patio area.
The same snow birds have called this house thier home for five years until his unexpected death last year. This house just recently came onto the rental market.

Walk-in shower in one bathroom, bath tub in the other bathroom. Full 2-Car Garage with epoxy floor and work bench.
The home has a full back patio. complete with ceiling fans, lighting, tables and chairs. Webber BBQ and fully-carpeted.
There is a full-sized RV canopy to the side of the house for snow birds that drive, or for your boat. (Launch Pass Included)
