We are pleased to be setting some new distance records. For years our guests have visited from as far as Canada, Michigan, New York, New England, and the eastern half of US. In 2012 we've had guests from Arizona and in 2013 we have guests coming from Ireland.
Our 336 Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC is only two blocks from Ocean Drive village with its restaurants, shoppes, pavilion, arcade, shag dance clubs and the city park.  The local area offers extensive family activities, shopping districts, live theatres, some of the best golfing in the south, and the famous Myrtle Beach entertainment. Our condo is 2nd row on Ocean Blvd and is in a desirable location within the TB&RC complex. This location provides a lovely ocean view over the beach front pools and jacuzzi, and a full rear view of 2 tennis courts with pools & jacuzzi.  You can view family members at the pools and on the courts.  Across the beach front road a boardwalk provides an easy, short walk to the beautiful, wide SC beach. 

The living area has a bright open feeling being on the top 3rd floor with a skylight.  We are close to the building elevator. There are 3 bedrooms – 2 queens, 2 twins. and a living room queen sleeper sofa.  It has 2 ½ baths, a full kitchen, W/D, 2 TV’s, 1 DVD/VCR and 1 DVD/BluRay players, wireless internet, HD cable TV. Ceiling fans in kitchen and bedrooms.  It is fully furnished and a non-smoking unit.  The balcony and screened porch with its dining table and glider provide an overlook to the beach and blvd activity.  The court side grounds are enclosed by fences and buildings which help provide room and security for children to run and play.

It has been our home at the beach for 31 years.  We feel it is tastefully decorated, well stocked, and we take pride in that it is a clean, pretty condo.

A minimum 30% deposit of the rates listed is required to hold a reservation.
The taxes will be paid with the balance due 1 month before arrival.
