A modernized 1880 farm house, the cottage is surrounded by a
pleasant garden, 150 year old trees and vinyards. It is pleasant,
spacious, warm, confortable and luminous. The cottage offers both a
very relaxing and holiday feeling.
On the ground floor a "mudroom" with washroom,a large kitchen, the
dining room for 10, a sitting room with TV, fireplace and leather
salon, a receation room witn stereo, books, games and relax seating
and a large walk out deck on the garden with BBQ, chaise longue and
outdoor dining.
On the second floor, upstairs 4 bedrooms: 3 with Queen and one
double bed. and a large bathroom. All floors are of hardwood and
carpet.
Neighbors are on the other side of the quiet road and you will
disturb no one when partying, family gatherings, getting married,
workshops and if you are looking for peace and silence.
Lots of parking and you are at 200 yards of the closest golf course.

thus 15 minutes by car or shuttle to Niagara Falls with it natural
wonder,attractions, casinos and luna parks.
NOTL is a historical town, the first capital of Upper Canada , the
1812 war and many historical sites are all around.
In town and around there are numerous restaurants in all price range
Forum Antiques Cottage is 3 minutes by car and within a 25 minutes
walking distance of the Old Town centre of Queen Street.
Dozens of fine golf courses, bike path, parks, picknick area,
promenades are all around you.
NOTL is also the heart of Niagara Wine Country and you will be
surrounded by most of Canada's finest wineries which you can visit
and where you can do some sampling and purchase wine.
Famous in North America is the Shaw Festival Theater, which run in
NOTL a non-stop festival of plays and musicals from April until
November.
The "Niagara-on-the-Lake Antique District" offers at 10 locations a
large and quality selection of Antiques and Collectibles
NOTL is about 1 1/2 hour drive to Toronto, 1 hour to Buffalo USA
close to Buffalo and Toronto Pearson airports.
