It has a 10 x 30 boat slip and is located on the first canal off of Laguana Madre Bay providing quick access to the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Port Isabel resturants, shopping and attractions less than a mile away. A 10 minute drive leads you to South Padre Island beaches, dining and shopping. 30 minutes to Brownsville, TX and Matamoros, Mexico. Progresso, Mexico, know for its great shopping, is just over an hour away, and it's safe.
Interior like new. Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffe maker. Full complement of cookware & dishes. Raised king-size bed. Wi-Fi, 50" cable tv, shared 2-car garage, and covered veranda with a fantastic view. New washer and dryer. Newly tiled bathroom and shower.

Boat cruises for dining and dolphin watching. Guided fishing trips, parasailing, boat and waverunner rentals. Stores, resturants, and shops within walking distance. Wal-Mart and H.E.B. are less than a mile away. The museums of Port Isabel are a must-see. Don't forget to go to the top of the lighthouse.
