December 14, 2013 to January 11, 2014: $1500 per week, $5000 for 4 weeks, minimum stay 2 weeks
January 11, 2014 to April 14, 2014: $1300 per week, $4500 for 4 weeks
In all cases, $100 is required upon departure for housekeeping. In addition, the Condo Association has imposed a registration fee of $50 upon arrival
