Close to Ithaca and Cornell, this 2 Home vacation package is capable of sleeping up to 10 people. Conveniently located just off Route 89, 14 miles North of Ithaca, NY on the West side of Cayuga Lake.
#1 Completed in 2008, the Gray "Guest House" has a spectacular 12' X 40' wraparound deck overlooking the lake, complete with gas barbeque grill. A single over-sized bedroom with skylight sleeps 4. An additional sofa sleeper also sleeps 2 !!!. The living area is an open plan with a dining area and complete kitchen. The setting is very quiet and private, excellent for entertaining or relaxing.
#2 The White "Bungalow" is a separate furnished house on the property with 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms sleep 4. There is an adjoining private 20'x25' upper deck overlooking the lake, for entertaining guests or just relaxing.
Lake Access for both houses consist of 250' of privately owned lake frontage. There is a lakeside 20'x24' lower deck with a 30' extended pier for fishing or swimming. Amenities include a canoe. The water is nice and deep at the end of the dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing lakeside!!!
Both houses are available for Ithaca College and Cornell University graduation, homecoming weekends, as well as weekly and weekend vacations.

#1 The Gray "Guest House" Amenities include - microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and BBQ grill. Bathroom has a whirlpool tub. There is TV/DVD (no cable), high speed wireless internet, and a land line for local phone calls. Ample parking space for 3 or 4 vehicles.Trash bags and cleaning supplies will be provided.
#2 The White "Bungalow" Amenities include a stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, newly remodeled kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom with shower, TV/DVD (no cable), and wireless high speed internet. Private attached deck with barbeque grill.

Summer weekend rental is $2000. Check in for week end rentals is 3 PM on Friday and check out is 6 PM on Sunday. During college graduation weekends, the rental is $2500. For Graduation weekend, check is on Friday at noon and check out is on Monday at 11 AM.
Summer weekly rental is $2500. Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Saturday. Check in is 1:00pm Sunday and check out is noon Saturday.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation; the balance and security deposit of $500 is due 4 weeks prior to the reservation start date.
