Secluded Lakeside Vacation Home in Cayuga Lake

Close to Ithaca and Cornell, this Home vacation package is capable of sleeping up to 6 people. Conveniently located just off Route 89, 14 miles North of Ithaca, NY on the West side of Cayuga Lake.

The cottage is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms. Each Bedroom has two twin beds. There is an adjoining private 20'x25' upper deck overlooking the lake, for entertaining guests or just relaxing.

Lake Access consists of 150' of privately owned lake frontage. There is a lakeside 20'x24' lower deck with a 30' extended pier for fishing or swimming. Amenities include a canoe. The water is nice and deep at the end of the dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing lakeside!!!

The Cottage is available for Ithaca College and Cornell University graduation, homecoming weekends, as well as weekly vacations.

The "Cottage" Amenities include a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, pots & dishes. Newly remodeled kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom with shower, & TV/DVD (no cable available). Private attached deck with barbeque grill, BBQ tools, & chiminea. There is deck furniture on both the upper & lower decks. 

Centrally located in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country. We are right on the Cayuga Wine Trail and only minutes away from the 50+ wineries located between Seneca and Cayuga Lake.

During the college graduation weekends, the rental is $1500. For Graduation weekend, check is on Friday at noon and check out is on Monday at 11 AM.

Summer weekly rental is $1200/wk (March 2nd to Oct.30th) Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Saturday. Check in is 1:00pm Sunday and check out is noon Saturday.

Off Season rental is $600/wk - Oct. 31st to March 1st

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation; the balance and security deposit of $250 is due 4 weeks prior to the reservation start date.
