Lake Blackshear Main Body Vistas in a nicely appointed home.  Spend a few nights, a week-end or a month gazing at picturesque sunsets or moonlit nights as the moon dances over the water.  The like new rental sleeps 6-8, has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large great room, living room with fireplace and large portico.  At the waters' edge is a sundeck, multiple docks which are just right for fishing or sunning and a single boathouse with hoists

Boathouse with hoists, DSL connection, 3 separate entertaining areas each with a TV.  Large back porch with dining accomodations.  Back porch with multiple sundecks.  Large gas grill.  All linens, dishes, paper products, coffee pot and washer & dryer are furnished.

Jimmy Carter Country in Plains, Sam's Shortline, Cotton Museum in Vienna, The Telephone Museum in Leslie, Andersonville National Cemetery & Historial Site, Andersonville and Watermelon Days in Cordele in July, Museum of Aviation in Centerville, Historic Windsor Hotel. 

$175.00 per night with a 2 night minimum.  $900.00 weekly, $2,000.00 monthly. 1/2 deposit required upon booking.  The remainder shall be paid seven days before arrival. 

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon on last day.

There is a Clean Up Fee of $125.00.  If the occasion is an Event such as weddings, receptions, corporate entertaining the Clean Up Fee will be $200.00.  There is a refundable damage deposit of $200.00. 

As cost containment measures for our customers we accept check and cash only, saving credit card processing fees and no garbage pickup is included.  We ask that you take your own garbage to the dumpsters which are located 1/8th mile down the road from the house.
