A full A-frame with full kitchen, bath, washer, dryer sitting on 2 acres in the country just 6 miles from Watkins Glen, just minutes from the Watkins Glen Race track and many wineries. Has 1 acre pond for swimming , fishing, water sports, and ice skating. Very private. Master bedroom has air, with alot of natural breezes. Just a few minutes from Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen State Park. You would have full access to our very own, private hiking trail on property. Also, Finger Lakes National Forest Trails are in the area , among many others. Lots of great biking roads, including one trails. As well, there are many great playgrounds in the area for children and golf courses for the avid golf fans. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, and local pools that you would have full access to.
