Our Beach Cottage has a 2-bedroom, 2-bath and is steps to our beautiful Mission Bay and a few more steps to the Pacific Ocean.

Featuring a private fenced yard with grass and a gas BBQ, with an out door umbrella'd eating area. It is within a 5-10 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops and a short drive to Sea World and other local attractions. It is a perfect getaway!

Our beautiful cottage is equipped with ceiling fans in every room for warmer days. You have off street parking for 1 vehicle up to a small midsize SUV.

Master Bedroom with queen bed, TV-Wall mount/DVD and private bath with tub - Second Bedroom with queen bed and full shower - Comfy Living Room with Flat Screen TV. CD/Radio. Futon couch in the living room for fifth person if needed. Fully equipped kitchen for casual dining with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave. Separate eating area for four.

Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards - Sand Toys- Out door shower with hot/cold water.

You are a short distance to Belmont Park Amusement area and a 5 minute drive to Sea World. A short walk to an array of shops and restaurants, Ralph's super market,  A short drive to the San Diego Zoo, and other local attractions. Ask about discount passes for most of the major attractions, if requested.

Summer (Memorial Day thru end of September) $1,650.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday preferred. $250.00 Nightly

Off Season (All other dates) $1,250.00 - Nightly $195.00

1 Month Rental: $3,475.00

NOTE: All rentals are subject to a 10.5 % tax, except for rentals of one month or more.

- A maximum of five individuals is allowed

- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am

- No pets allowed

- No smoking is allowed

PAYMENT POLICY: - A deposit of 25% of total reserved time, based on above rates, is required at time of reservation.

- A $100.00 refundable security deposit is required.

- $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

- Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date.

- Payments can be made via check, money order, cashier check or Pay Pal (4% fee)

- Out-of-county payments require cashier's checks or international money   orders.

- Phone cards are needed for long-distance calls.
