two bedrooms, two baths, and a loft. The loft is a partial second
floor, reached by a staircase, with a wood burning fireplace, all

television with a comfortable viewing area of the lake, a small gym, as well as the third sleeping
space with two twin beds (and two cribs if needed). The kitchen is modern, with every
convenience. The house is replete with cedar wood paneling, hardwood
floors, oriental rugs, and original art.
One Queen floor futon and Queen roll out bed in the living room
allow sleeping for an additional two people, so the house sleeps 10 at
capacity. The house is also child- proofed and has to two cribs.
Sanctuaire with over 2000 square feet of living space provides for
an open and airy retreat, three skylights, and a panoramic view
through walls of glass, all giving a tree house ambiance. This
exceptional home also features wool carpeting, a beautiful stone
fireplace in the living room, and a variety of first class
amenities.
Be surrounded by fine bed linens. The master bedroom, with wall to
wall windows overlooking the lake, has a Super King-sized bed with
Sterling and Foster mattress, and a magnificent master bath with a
deep tub Jacuzzi. There is a separate guest room with a queen bed
and its own bathroom.
A secret path from the house to the lake leads to your use of own
pier (and the use of your own 3 boats)and the Singer Lake frontage.
The Lake is spring fed and is the ultimate fisherman's dream.
On a forested acre surrounded on two sides by the bohemian groves,
with extensive decks, and landscaping designed for year-round
beauty. This unique retreat features a spectacular hot tub/spa for 6
that overlooks the lake. This hot tub is state-of-the-art with fiber
optic lights surrounding the entire that light up the steam and the
water in a variety of different colors for your complete relaxation
and enjoyment. This beautiful home is secluded, yet only minutes
drive to the local wineries, Lake Michigan, Union Pier, St. Joseph,

High Season Weekly- based on dates and occupancy. We only rent WEEKLY during the high season (summer). Rates range from $1999 to $3699 per week.

Shoulder Season: From September 5-November 30 (excluding holidays which are higher), start at $299 ( for 2 people only0.

Low Season Weekly/Weekend: Rates start at $229 (for 2 people only) per night based on specific dates,  on length of stay and number of guests.  

Weekly only during High Season, 2 night minimum during low season subject to restrictions and excluding all holildays (which is 4 night minimum).
