Lovely Quiet Private Home on the lake in Hartland

The interior of the house is very spacious with lots of windows to
enjoy expansive views. The floors are finished in ceramic tile and
wood. An exquisite spiral oak staircase takes you down to three
bedrooms, a playroom, sunroom and bathroom. The main floor contains
three bedrooms, sunroom, open kitchen, dining and livingroom. A playroom with a pool table and
table tennis,fooseball table, exercise equipment.

Full Kitchen: Completely furnished... microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, cooktop, oven, dishes etc.
Inside entertainment: TV with CD player, Table Tennis, Full size
Pool table, Foosball table
Outside entertainment: Canoes, Paddleboat, kayak, float, dock, lawn chairs,
Gorgeous sunsets, two sandy beaches.
Small motorized boat Rental $200. per week.
Washer and dryer on premise.

The large lawn is great for a friendly vollyball game, horseshoes,
badmitton, crochet. The gradual sloping sandy beach is great for
all ages to play on. The nearest Golfing is with in 10 miles.
Horseback riding, white water rafting are with in an hour...
Shopping, ocean day trips. You can get anywhere from here, we are
in the center of the state.

Fall folliage in Maine is vibrant and rich in colors. A great place
to come in Sept and Oct for peace and quiet and to get away from your
everyday stresses.

Snow shoeing, crosscountry skiing and ice fishing are a great way to
spend a winter vacation.. Just step out the door and there it is all
available to you.

Fishing is of great fun, with brown trout, salmon, perch, small and
large mouth bass available.

For the serious sportsman, there are turkey, partidge, bear and deer.

Half of total rental is due to reserve stay, remainder due 45 days
