Vacation Rental Description

New kitchen cabinets, stone counter tops, tile etc!!!! 
We offer a newly remodeled privately owned condo to help you enjoy 
your visit to the beach and Hilton Head Island.  Our unit is 
2BR/2BA, third floor air-conditioned unit.  The unit features a 
roomy living area that leads to our balcony overlooking the 5th 
green at the Port Royal Barony golf course.  We enjoy watching 
golfers putt on the green as we sit and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Our condo is completely furnished and includes a foldout queen size 
sleeper sofa so the unit will sleep six comfortably.  The large 
living room dining room area includes an entertainment center 
containing a cable color TV with a VCR, and a stereo CD unit.  
Master bedroom also has cable TV-VCR combo. Just off the dining area 
is a roomy kitchen supplied with a electric stove and refrigerator, 
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc., 
including a clothes washer and dryer.  Complete dinnerware and 
cooking utensils are provided.  Bed linens and bath towels are 
included.  
Clean up maid service is provided before your arrival and after your 
departure. We request a smoke free environment inside the condo - 
please feel free to use the balcony as your smoking lounge on the 
trip. Unfortunately no pets are allowed per the villa guidelines.

efficiency compact washer and dryer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club is on Folly Field Road at 
Folly Field Beach and is only two blocks from the beach. We enjoy 
morning sunrise walks and of course sunning during the day. Fiddlers 
Cove offers two swimming pools; one of which is next door!  There 
are ten clay tennis courts, and two indoor racquetball courts.  We 
recommend making reservations at the club house in the spring and 
fall for court times.  Parking is next to the building and gate 
passes will be part of your welcome package. Fiddler’s Cove is 
centrally located on the island and three blocks off William Hilton 
Parkway - Route 278 - which is the main road onto and through the 
island. 

The ocean is short walk away (5 minutes).  We would request that you 
do not use our condo bed and bathroom linens at the beach.  They 
were purchased especially for our condo and we would like to keep 
them in great shape for all our visitors.  We have a wagon, cooler 
and beach chairs available for our guests' use, the wagon is ideal 
for the short walk to the beach.  

Activities and Attractions

The best thing about Hilton Head Island is that everything is within 
a few minutes drive.  We have included a list of restaurants and 
activities at our condo and would appreciate your suggestions after 
your visit. Savannah is about 35 miles to the south and Charleston 
South Carolina is about 110 miles to the north if anyone is 
interested in some Southern sightseeing.  The trip to Charleston may 
be longer, but for those who have not yet made the trip; it is one 
of the most unique historical cities of the South.  Make sure to 
take a carriage ride to get a great view of the blocks and blocks of 
historical city homes.

Vacation Rental Rates

A 50% down payment is required to reserve a Saturday to Saturday 
week rental.  This deposit will be applied to the total rental fee. 
An additional $100 refundable security deposit may also be 
required.  Daily rates available Oct 1 - Mar 1 - Weely rate/6 +$85 
cleaning fee

The following rental fees include all taxes linens and cleaning.

Check-out time is 10am and check-in time is 4pm.  Email at least 2 
weeks ahead to request changes to this time.
