Beautiful Condo Overlooking Intercoastal Waters in St Pete Beach

This beautiful, well maintained, cozy two bedroom condo overlooks the Gulf intercoastal waters and is located in a very peaceful area.  Two of the photos are taken directly from the balcony - one is a gorgeous sunrise and  the other shows a beautiful sunny day!   The balcony is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee, relax, listen to tropical birds, watch for dolphins and observe boats leaving and returning from the Gulf.  The condo is located about 1 mile from Sunset Beach (shown in photo with the umbrellas and only about a 15 minute walk!).  

Everything you need for a getaway is available in this comfortable home away from home!  A full kitchen with all amenities are provided  (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dining room table, kitchenette, coffeemaker, etc.); a washer and dryer as well as electric grill are available for guests.  If you forget your beach umbrella, towel and chairs, don't worry!   There is also a swimming pool located on the property.  

The 34 mile paved Pinellas Bicycle Trail is located just a few miles from the condo for those who enjoy bicycling.  The beach is just a 15-20 minute walk north or south.  

Rates listed include both taxes and cleaning fees.  Two week rentals are priced at $1250.
