This beautiful beach house is located in the Treasure Island community at San Luis Pass. The pass has been a favorite for visitors and locals alike for many years. It is also home to bank fishermen who often travel many miles to take advantage of the excellent redfish population.

Built in 2007 the house is located across the street from the channel and one block from the boat ramp. It has excellent and relaxing bay and gulf views with two nice decks one on large at the front and the other in the back of the house this one with access from the Master bedroom.

The house is a two story, it comes fully furnish with tile in the social area, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms it has lots of windows with doors to the deck that give you a great and relaxing view. This is a very special place to enjoy and have fun in the house, in the bay or at the beach.

Galveston has Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Great Restaurants, the Strand, and a movie theater.
