This is a great house near everything and easy to find, convenience abounds.  Walk to Summit Ski Resort (thats right park yourcarand walk to Snow Summit)and just about 5 minutes to everything else in Big Bear Lake.  Flat and easy access even in the snow.  Close to the Blvd, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping but still has a great   tree'd view.  Don't miss out on this get away.  You will want to come back for years to come!!!

52" flat screen HDTV and a game room for the kids downstairs with  DVD, VHS, AIR HOCKEY and FOOSBALL.    In the back yard we have a yellow Victorian  kids playhouse, you have to see the pictures.

Jetted Whirlpool tub upstairs but my favorite is bringing the indoors out, the patio is very large and the furniture is perfect for early mornings, wine and cheese parties or just reading a book.

Snow boarding or skiing in the winter.  Summer and Spring we have fishing, hiking. biking, skate boarding etc.   its about 1/2 mile walk to swim beach and meadow park, the only park in Big Bear Lake.

We are close to a marina where you can rent a boat and check out the lake.

The Village is where you want to shop and thats just a 2 minute drive away.
