This single family home is on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from Manasota Beach and less than two miles to shopping, tennis courts and golf courses.  It is on the boarder of South Venice.  It features 4 large bedrooms, 2 queen size beds, one double and two twins.  The large master bedroom features a huge bathroom with whirlpool bath and large stand up glass enclosed shower, cabinets galore, a large marble vanity and a walk-in closet.  A two car garage with electric door openers, equiped with a gas fired barbeque grill, fishing equipment and beach chairs, completes this 2,900 sq ft. ready to vacation home.

The home has a two zone AC systems for both heating and cooling.  It features a completely equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space.  It includes a washer and dryer for laundry as well as a refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water in door, microwave, and dishwasher.  The house consists of a family room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, dining room, huge great room with 42" television on cable, two reclining couches and two reclining chairs.  Outside on one side of the home, there are quiet neighbors and on the other, a undeveloped wooded lot.

Within two miles you will find tennis, golf, beaches, shopping, and restaurants galore.  Five miles away is Venice Center and Venice Beach.  The home is approximately 1 hour from Tampa (winter home of the Yankees) and one hour from Ft. Myers (winter home of the Redsox).  A two hour drive gets you to Orlando and Disney World and other amusement parks.  Fishing is as close as Manasota Beach and the intercoastal waterway.  Boat rentals are available at the south end of Manasota Key.

Rates from 5/1 - 11/30 are $675 per week with a two week minimum or $2025 per month.  Rates for the high season from 12/1 - 4/30 are $1,000 per week with a two week minimum or $3,000 per month.  A refundable security deposit of $500 is required prior to arrival along with the full payment for the period booked.  Florida rental tax is extra plus a cleaning fee of $110.
