second bedroom with private bath includes a queen bed, dresser,

balcony patio bar with 4 chairs for relaxing and enjoying the great

This unit is fully furnished including washer and dryer, linens,

water sports, Palm Coast is one of the most beautiful vacation spots

And, we are close to Marineland where you can swim with the dolphins, 1 mile to Washington Oaks State Gardens, 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine the oldest city in the United States, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach the worlds most famous beach, and 1 to 1.5 hours to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando.

Underground covered parking, fitness center, 2 oceanfront swimming pools(one with Gas Grill) and they include spacious pool decks. We have 6 tennis courts, 2 lighted for night play, beach dune walkovers to the Coquina Beach. Over 170 acres of private nature preserves and open space, along with private
access to intracoastal boathouse, day docks, surf or pier fishing, volleyball court,shuffleboard courts, and paved and unpaved nature trails. You can watch the sunrise from your balcony, and the sunset from the intracoastal pier.

Palm Coast is a quiet uncrowded place to relax, and get away from
the stress and hustle of work and the city, and enjoy the quiet and
peaceful beach and all that Ocean Front living has to offer.

Guests must abide by association bylaws and regulations which will be furnished to guests. No Pets Allowed, and No Smoking.

$350-$1,000 refundable Security Deposit Required at time of
reservation. $45-$125.00 Cleaning Fee will be added to the rate. Air
