Quality Avondale vacation rental home, west of Phoenix, with playground, walking paths, and conveniently located near golfing, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, movie theaters, professional baseball spring training facilities, PIR (NASCAR), & more.  A comfortable 3 bedroom, two full bath house with all the conveniences of home.

All three bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds with high quality mattresses (the master is a pillow-top), new soft sheets & bedding.   Extra pillows and blankets are provided for those who want to use them.  Ceiling fans are in all three bedrooms as well as the family room.  We have provided cordless phones with free local phone calls and radio alarm clocks in each bedroom.

Enjoy our spacious full kitchen with all the cooking instruments to entertain and feel at home.  It includes a microwave hood, dishwasher, a full size refrigerator with filtered water ice maker.  All NEW small appliances including a toaster, crock-pot, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and much, much more.  We also have a kitchen bar for serving and a dining table that seats 6. 

Fresh interior two tone paint!  Our home includes comfortable and clean furniture, a 46” HDTV with an up-convertible DVD player in the living room and a 32” HDTV in the master suite, both with HD cable.  An IPOD docking station with CD player and radio, secure high speed wireless internet access, with a new Compaq desk top and all in one printer available for use.  Additional items provided are large and small soft sided coolers, picnic basket, iron & full size ironing board, patio table & chairs, large back yard lawn area, BBQ, toilet paper, paper towels, bath  towels, and basic soaps.  There is parking available in our 2 car garage w/remote opener as well as room for 2 cars in the driveway.

We just installed a whole house water filter and water conditioner.  Also for our renters enjoyment we have provided 2 bicycles with helmets. 

Our home is in a nice clean quiet neighborhood. An excellent location with easy access just off I-10 and Hwy. 101 loop.  Cardinals Stadium, Camelback Ranch, & Glendale Arena are only a 10 minute drive, it’s only 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix, and Phoenix International Airport is just 25 minutes away.  Located a mere 5 miles North of Phoenix International Raceway for Nascar, we are in close proximity to many of the Cactus League Baseball spring training complexes, the Glendale Arena for hockey and University of Phoenix stadium for college and NFL football plus a variety events and entertainment. Also the Wild Animals Park is just a few minutes away along with restaurants, movie theaters and shopping.

Peak rates - Jan. 16 - April 30, 2012 $150 per night, $800 per week, $2,800 per month, minimum 3 night stay. During March we do not offer a monthly rate due to Major League Baseball spring training.

Summer rates - May 1 - Sept. 30, 2012 $90 per night, $450 per week, $1,500 per month, minimum 2 night stay.

Fall rates - Oct. 1, 2012 - Jan. 15, 2013 $115 per night, $600 per week, $1,800 per month, minimum 2 night stay.

Peak rates - Jan. 16 - April 30, 2013 $150 per night, $800 per week, $2,800 per month, minimum 3 night stay. During March we do not offer a monthly rate due to Major League Baseball spring training.
