Beach House of Grand Haven in Grand Haven

The Beach House of Grand Haven , is a classic beach house cottage located 2 miles south of the Grand Haven pier.  Incredible views from all rooms! The main floor consists of a great room with hard wood floors, wood burning stove, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, and large picture windows facing the lake. Adjacent to the great room is a large eat-in fully equipped kitchen that seats 6. On the other side of the great room is a large master bedroom (queen bed) with french doors leading to the upper deck.  Opposite the bedroom is a large bath with tub/shower, wc, 2 sinks and laundry/storage area.  The lower floor consists of a room with built-in day bed and closet.  The lower bedroom suite has 2 twin beds (which can be converted to a king), daybed with trundle (2 twin beds), it's own bathroom with shower, wc and sink.  There is a walk out to the larger lower deck overlooking it's own 100' private beach.  Upper deck has patio table, chairs, umbrella and Weber gas grill.  The lower deck has built-in seating and dining table.  Unlike most settings, there is ample parking directly to the cottage.

This cottage is tastefully decorated, uncluttered and immaculately clean. The 180 degree views of the lake are breathtaking with views from all rooms. Memories of a lifetime await you at our Beach House.

Saturday to Saturday weekly rental

2011 rates:  $2000/ week

Peak season: July 2 - September 10:  $2800/week

*50% non-refundable deposit* to hold reservation (please note exception below), balance plus $500 damage/security deposit due 2 weeks prior to check-in.  

Check-in at 5:00pm and check-out at 11:00 am.  Damage/security deposit will be returned via post the week after check-out.

*Should it be necessary to cancel after deposit has been made, the deposit will be refunded if able to re-book the time slot.

Cleaning is included in the weekly rate.  Other than basic cleaning, the cottage is expected to be left in the same condition as it was accepted.  Should additional cleaning be required, a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the damage/security deposit.
