and huge picture windows PLUS the 50 ft. wrap-around balcony off the 
master bedroom and living room surround you with a "Paradise Vista"!

Amenities include a mirrored jacuzzi in the master bath, tv's in all 
rooms, completely furnished kitchen with service for 12, on-site 
beachfront Exercise facility, huge heated pool and spa, help-friendly desk in 
the lobby, barbeques, and 1300' fishing pier (unavailable due to Hurricane
damage)  accessed from the Navarre Beach State Park. 

#1101 at The Inn at Summerwind East was newly remodeled in 2006, a 
beautiful setting to enjoy and relax in this three bedroom, three 
bath luxury condo.  The living room has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the 
great 50' surround-balcony, and the wide-open views from the kitchen and 
dining areas are terrific from big picture windows.  

Furnished in neutral pastel tones to enhance the spectacular views, 
the master bedroom has a mirrored king suite, a view of the 
coastline and beach while lying in bed, a lovely master bath with 
separate mirrored jacuzzi tub and glass shower and private w.c.  
Generous closet and drawer space!
  
The second bedroom overlooks the beach to the East and Santa Rosa 
Sound and Navarre Bridge to the north, has a queen suite and it's own 
complete bath, two closets, and plenty of drawers.
  
The third bedroom has two sets of bunks, two closets and lots of drawer 
space, plus it's own full bath. Limited view to Santa Rosa Sound.  
TV's in all rooms.

The spacious kitchen looks out to the beach and is completely 
furnished to serve 12.  The full-size laundry is in it's separate 
area. You will feel completely at home in this gorgeous condo! 

  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy the sparkling famous white-sand beaches and emerald green clear 
waters of the Caribbean right here in Navarre Beach!  On site, The 
Inn at Summerwind provides a beautiful big beachfront heated pool and 
jacuzzi spa, surrounded by cool decks and plenty of sun-bathing deck 
lounge chairs, with boardwalk to the beach, showers and rest rooms.  
The state-of-the-art exercise room in the 1st floor welcome area overlooks the 
beach and pool for painless work-outs.  The barbeque area is located 
near the pool and overlooks the beach.  There are frequently beach 
volleyball games, moon-lit beach walks watching for nesting or 
hatching turtles or lighting up the antics of the tiny ghost crabs. 

Next door is the Navarre Beach State Park with it's miles of pristine 
beach, visitor center, picnic areas, 1300 foot fishing pier has been closed,
but snorkelling is fun for great fish watching in the clear blue waters.
Also nearby is the Gulf Islands National Seashore with its miles of 
biking trails and beach pull-outs. Beautiful pristine drive to Pensacola Beach.

This is a smoke-free condo, and pets are not allowed.

Spring Break 2008:
  3/15 - 4/18          $1550 + tax /week
Spring:
4/19 - 5/23    $1350 + tax week/  $210 + tax night

Summer 2008:
 5/24 - 8/15:          $1950 + tax /week
Late Summer:
  8/16 - 9/5:          $1495 + tax /week
  
Fall 2008:             $1150 + tax /week (call for monthly rates)

Winter 2008: not available
 12/1 - 3/15/07:       $1650 + tax /mo.
                       $ 800 + tax /wk (except Christmas & New Years) 
                                   (Call for weekly rates)

Call for Daily rates all seasons.  
Refundable Security Deposit:  
     $200 due at booking, refunded after check-out.
Tax is 11%
Cleaning fees charged for bookings of less than 1 week.
No rentals to under 25 years of age, unless accompanied by 
responsible person.
This is a non-smoking unit.  No pets allowed.
