Affordable Luxury at Somerset in Kissimmee

This beautiful, well-maintained and professionally decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath ground floor end-unit is located just 3 1/2 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida.  Our unit is privately owned and is not part of the mass-marketed units rented through Holiday Villas.  By eliminating the middle-man booking agency, we can offer rates that simply cannot be beat!  You should also know that all units at The Villas at Somerset are not created equal.  We pride ourselves on constantly upgrading our vacation home to set it apart from the ORDINARY ones.  Ceramic tile floors in the bathrooms, hallway and dining room, ceiling fans in all rooms, brass bathroom fixtures, stain glass lighting, lots of greenery, recliners, and an overall Floridian color scheme of peach and green throughout, represent the attention to detail that you will not find in the mass-marketed units!

Sleeping accommodations for 8 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two twins in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.  Our vacation condo contains all the ameniities of home and then some!  Washer/dryer, refrigrator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, two TV's, DVD and VCR players, a seletion of paperbacks, DVD's and games for rainy day or evening enjoyment, high speed internet access, cookware, eating utensils and linens are all there for you.

The complex has a heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, tennis court, BBQ area with grills and picnic tables, clubhouse with a pool table, gym, sauna, DVD and Video rentals, fast food snacks, sundries and bottled wine.

We are centrally located and just a 1/4 mile from Route 192 which is the main business artery through Kissimee with, supermarkets (Publix and Walmart are a 1/2 mile away), restaurants, souvenir shops and clothing outlets.  Old Town, Medeival Times, Walt Disney World and Epcot are minutes away.  Wet and Wild and Universal are about 15 minutes away by car!

Summer and holiday weeks are booked at listed maximum rate.  All other times are booked at the listed minimum rate.  All rates are subject to Florida's 13% sales and tourist tax.  A $200.00 per week deposit is required to hold your reservation.

We have a 4 night minimum.  VISA, MasterCard and personal checks accepted.
