WIFI: WIFI AVAILABLE IN UNIT FOR PRIVACY - FREE OF CHARGE! (Other condo only have Wifi access at Clubhouse area, Not in condo unit)
LOCATION: 1st FLOOR! CORNER UNIT! PRIME POOLFRONT/ CLUBHOUSE LOCATION! ( Extra Privacy, More natural light from windows & Larger Living Room Square footage. Only Corner units allow for more windows & have larger Living Room area compared to other units at complex. Also 1st floor provides easy pool access)
