EXTRA SEATING: ADDITIONAL FULL SIZE COUCH - TOTAL 2 FULL SIZE COUCHES IN LIVING ROOM!. ( Other units at complex only have 1 sofa)
WIFI: WIFI AVAILABLE IN UNIT FOR PRIVACY - FREE OF CHARGE! (Other condo only have Wifi access at Clubhouse area, Not in condo unit)
LOCATION: 1st FLOOR! CORNER UNIT! PRIME POOLFRONT/ CLUBHOUSE LOCATION! ( Extra Privacy, More natural light from windows & Larger Living Room Square footage. Only Corner units allow for more windows & have larger Living Room area compared to other units at complex. Also 1st floor provides easy pool access)
EXTRAS: FLATSCREENS IN LIVING AREA AND ALL BEDROOMS. ( Other COmplex Units only have a TV in MAster Berdroom)
