Truly a Vacation Sensation! You will enjoy a vacation away from home in this beautifully furninshed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.

You are going to love relaxing on your tiled and screened lanai, enjoying your lake view that also provides you a glimpse of golf holes and the clubhouse in the distance

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a dresser and chest of drawers. The guest bedroom has a tall chest.

The bedrooms are on opposite side of the condo for maximum privacy.

The open style living and dining area has a table for 4 for more formal dining and a large leather sectional couch. There are TV 's in the living room, and both bedrooms. Your lanai is furnished seating for 4 and a table for informal dining.

Your home includes a washer and dryer and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. And cookware to prepare all your meals.

All rentals must be for 30 days, minimum, according to community regulations.

11% Florida tourist tax applies to all rentals of less than 6 months, plus a departure cleaning fee of $150.00.

Transfers fees: Town Center for use of facilities, $100.00, required condo association fee of $50.00 for all rentals.

To reserve this home, a resevation/security deposit of $ 1,500.00 or a minimum of $1,000.00 in the OFF season,is needed. It will be refunded in full assuming no damages.
