11% Florida tourist tax applies to all rentals of less than 6 months, plus a departure cleaning fee of $100.00.

Transfers fees: Town Center for use of facilities, $100.00, required association fee of $100.00 for all rentals. To reserve this home, a resevation/security deposit of $1000.00 is needed. It will be refunded in full assuming no damages.
