Vacation Rental Description

The resort is beach front with our unit having a beautiful Gulf 
view. From the kitchen, dining room, bedrooom, bathroom, you will 
see the Gulf! Very light and airy feeling with all the comforts of 
home.  Just steps away from the sand with no streets to cross, our 
condo unit is unique with its views of both the Gulf and Sound from 
this top (sixth) floor unit! 

El Matador is a gated community with 24-hour security. It sits on 5 
acres of land at the end of a row of condos and adjacent to 17-miles 
of uninhabited beach. There are two swimming pools on the property--
one heated; there are also two hot tubs and a brand new Fitness 
Center. 

We hope you will check out our second home! We know you will enjoy 
the newly-decorated decor and furnishings and countless amenities 
provided for your vacation stay as much as we do. Additional photos

March 1 - May 23: $135 nightly; $800 weekly; 

Summer 2008
May 24 -  August 8:  $180 nightly; $1,075 weekly

Late Summer  2008
August 9 - September 5:  $135 nightly; $800 weekly

Fall/Early Winter 2009
September 6 - December 31:  $105 nightly; $525 weekly

11% Florida tax not included in the above rates.
$200 deposit ($60 for cleaning)

Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
El Matador Resort enforces a "no pet" regulation.
