We had 12 people(family) stay in July of this year. The location was great, the view was awesome. Great entertainment for all. We were comfortable staying there. We parked at CVS on 17th for free and walked boardwalk. Shopping and Dunkin Donuts right next door. Pool was nice for kids and adults. Beach is nice across the road. Called owner on a small issue, got resolved. We will stay there again in the future.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

It was a nice condo. When we got there the electricity was turned off so we had to search for the breaker. Then the air would not work. When I called the owner I left 2 or 3 messages about it not working she finally got back to me the next day when I emailed her. She got a repair man to come and he fixed it. After that there where no real problems. I liked the condo but it was too far away from the action on the boardwalk. Every time we went to the boardwalk you had to pay to park. Other than that it was fine.

Great place, tons of room we had 11 and didn't feel crowded at all. Midtown location was great (beach was way less crowded than boardwalk area or up in the 100 blocks.) Nice pool and you can walk to alot of good restaurants and clubs.
