Nestled on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, this delightful, recently renovated cottage offers guests expansive views of Seneca Lake and accompanying sunsets.  Walls of glass let the lake views in and provide a bright and cheerful setting.  Accessed via a private road through some of Seneca Lake's finest vineyards, you will also enjoy the nearby wineries offering tastings, gift shops, cafes and excellent Finger Lakes wines for sale.  Enjoy kayaking.  Can't leave connectivity behind?  INTERNET Access is available.

The cottage features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living areas.  The open area includes a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and large living room.  The cottage may be rented as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath for 2 people or as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath for up to 6 people.  The second bedroom and bath  is located on the lower level with lake views, and sliders to private patio. Exceptional!

A wrap around deck is great for enjoying the views and just lazing around, or try your luck at fishing from the dock.  Explore the areas many fine wineries and restaurants.  Visit any of the many area state parks with walking trails, gorges, and waterfalls.   Watkins Glen is approximately 15-20 minutes.  Other fees may apply, call or email for details.

May be rented as a one bedroom cottage or a two bedroom cottage.  The second bedroom and second bathroom are on the lower level which is locked when rented as a 1 bedroom unit for 2 people.   The 2 bedroom unit will accommodate up to 6 people.

Bedding: Each bedroom has 1 king bed.   The 2 bedroom unit has a sleeper sofa in living area.   Fully equipped kitchen.

State parks include nearby Lodi State Park, Sampson, Taughaunock, Watkins Glen.  Taughaunock and Watkins Glen feature watar falls and ravines, hiking trails.
