Enjoy the view of Mt. Werner and the convenient location of this beautiful top floor 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom vacation home.  Granite kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, loft living area with television, first floor sitting area with gas fireplace, dining area. 

Let us know if you want the kitchen stocked, and we will have it all set up for you!  Grill on the common deck next to the outdoor hot tub. 

A short walk to Ski Times Square and the Gondola area - or take the ski season shuttle from right outside the building.  Shopping is close by; and downtown Steamboat is a few minutes away by car - or take the free bus from Ski Times Square.

Covered parking for one car; hot tub, grill and pool table in building recreation area; on-site laundry facilities.

Gas fireplace; deck; queen beds in 2 bedrooms; third bedroom has a double bed and a twin; cable television; free WIFI connection; well equipped kitchen; hair dryers; ironing board and iron; coffee maker.

Sorry, but absolutely no smoking or pets permitted.

Steamboat is a wonderful recreation area!  Hiking, rafting, fishing, golf and tennis in the summer; skiing in the winter.  Don't miss special events and activities in Steamboat - like the Wine Festival, Winter Carnival, Strings Music, Symphony, Strawberry Park Hot Springs, bike races, rodeo, and much more.  Please ask us questions and we will help you make arrangements for a fun-filled vacation or romantic get-away! 

Late Spring/Summer/Fall Season - April 16 through November - $210 per night - 2 night minumum, but call for last minute one-night rentals.

Winter/Ski Season - December 1-19 and January 3-April 15 - $300 per night - 3 night minimum, but call for last minute 1 and 2 night availability.

Holiday Weeks:  December 20-26; December 27-January 2 - $395 per night; 5 night minimum; rent full week for $2500, or both weeks for $4000.  

We will request a 50% deposit at the time of making a reservations.  Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty with 2 weeks notice; less than 2 weeks notice, the deposit will be retained as penalty, unless the property is re-rented for the same time period.  We have "been there and done that," so please let us know of unusual emergencies or changes in plans.

These rates do not include the Steamboat Springs taxes of 11.4%;  a cleaning fee of $75.00 will be added to stays of 1-3 nights; no cleaning charge for 4 nights or more.
