Relax in renovated WWII brick officers quarters near where thousands of our soldiers trained for the Normandy Invasion in the 40’s. The Village has its own little par-3 golf course, and is only a mile on coastal Highway 98 from St. James Bay, our new PGA-caliber golf course. Of course, the fish are in the Gulf right across the street! Fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV.   Public boat launch is only two blocks away and white, sandy beaches about a ten minute drive.  This is a clean, comfortable, non-luxury approach to an affordable vacation.  "Snow Birds" are welcome....check out our monthly rates!

Both bedrooms have two twin beds each.  There is one bath with a small walkin shower.  The living room has cable TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equiped with Stove, fridg, microwave and all pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker.  All dishes and linens are furnished.

Fishing, Golfing, Kayaking, Birding,  Marinas, Beaches, Boat rentals, Restaurants, Shops,  Two barrier islands, one with access by bridge, and the other with a ferry service, tennis courts, hiking trails, Tate's Hell State Forest and Apalachicola National Forest.  Within a short drive to historis Apalachicola, the amazing Wakulla Spring's State Park and the world class beaches of Cape San Blas.

There is a two night minimum on nightly stays.  There is a better rate for 3 or more nights.   Some holidays and special events do require a 3 day minimum stay.

On season rates apply May 1 through September 5.  Off season rates apply September 11 through April 30.

Some holiday and special event weeks are slightly higher.
